We are looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Tampa. We need someone highly organized, honest, experienced, professional and detailed-oriented that treasures punctuality. Some of the duties of the position are: buying/picking up and dropping up supplies, delivering important documents, answering the phone and emails, visiting the bank, printing and organizing hard copies of files, among others. You will basically perform tasks of an administrative assistant, courier, secretary and much more.
