This is an exciting full time position with room for long term growth. The right candidates will be able to efficiently perform a myriad of tasks including, but not limited to, correspondence with clients and employees via email, handling phone calls, data entry, overseeing project management initiatives, and other ad hoc duties, such as managing our live chat window and helping with job assignments. Ideally, virtual assistant applicants should have excellent communication skills, both in spoken and written English, and be capable of multi-tasking.
